You will lead complex AI projects from orchestration through deployment and monitoring, collaborate across teams, and strengthen engineering quality through mentoring, code reviews, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of software engineering experience building production microservices.
• Hands-on experience delivering LLM applications or AI/ML systems in production.
• Proficient in Python and Golang or comparable backend languages, able to integrate AI models and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate agentic AI systems and scalable backend infrastructure.
• Lead AI projects from orchestration through deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and respond to incidents to improve reliability.
