Job summary

Core AI Consulting Inc is seeking a Senior Engineer with deep enterprise backend experience and hands-on expertise in Agentic AI and the AI-augmented SDLC. You will lead design and delivery of scalable, high-throughput Java/Spring Boot microservices, driving architecture decisions and code reviews across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership roles.
Hands-on with Agentic AI and AI augmented SDLC practices.
Proficient in Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot and microservices.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of scalable Java/Spring microservices.
Develop AI agents and agentic workflows; implement orchestration and memory management.
Establish standards for prompt engineering, observability, and security.
Drive AI-augmented SDLC adoption across architecture, coding, testing, and reviews.
