The role is a hands-on Individual Contributor owning high-impact initiatives across the Contacts domain, designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs, building high-performance microservices and writing clean, production-quality code.
• Optimize backend services for scalability, performance, and availability, troubleshooting production issues and improving system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and other engineers, participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge.
