Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; 5+ years experience.
• Experience with C/C++ and Linux or RTOS toolchains.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Experience mentoring and leading junior engineers or teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from requirements to flight test.
• Develop avionics services and safety-critical software; integrate subsystems with host systems and simulations.
• Participate in end-to-end integration across live assets, simulations, and lab environments.
• Apply AI prompting techniques relevant to the role.
