Job summary

Thompson Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Test) to support development and validation of avionics software for a military aircraft platform. The role involves applying advanced software testing principles, automating tests, and collaborating across a multi-site team in a defense-focused environment.

Selected candidates must be eligible for a government security clearance and onsite work is required with some travel. Bonus eligibility is included in compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field required.
• 5+ years in software test/automation testing.
• Experience with Python scripting and test automation.
• Familiarity with automated testing techniques.
• Lab and hardware-in-the-loop integration experience.
• Ability to work onsite 100% and travel up to 10%.
