Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive the delivery of autonomous software across our maritime product line. You will lead end-to-end development, from architecture through deployment, including simulation, data processing, and off-board control.

You will contribute as a technical lead, mentoring engineers, and shaping the lifecycle of next-generation autonomous platforms. The role requires strong collaboration across teams and occasional travel to customer sites.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Extensive professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with software design, systems, and lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Empathize with end-users to balance needs and constraints across stakeholders.
• Own software-enabled solutions deployed to customers, delivering value.
• Design scalable software with clear architecture evolution paths.
• Develop reusable components across multiple product lines.
• Develop software on- and off- robotic platforms.
• Support vehicle software delivery lifecycle, testing, and operation.
• Create test and simulation fixtures for HW/SW integration.
• Support manufacturing and deployment of vehicles.
• Mentor junior engineers within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Travel up to 20% to co-locate with end-users.
