The role emphasizes hands-on development, design reviews, and participation in agile ceremonies, with a focus on quality, security, and production readiness across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 3+ years of applied experience.
• Strong Java + full-stack development capability and REST API experience.
• Hands-on SDLC experience: design, development, testing, CI/CD, and operations.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders in agile environments.
• Experience in a large corporate setting with modern languages and databases.
• Experience writing unit, functional, and integration tests.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end platform capabilities for Fund Administration and Transfer Agency.
• Design, develop, and deliver full-stack software solutions with strong problem-solving.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and product owners, align with business goals.
• Lead planning activities: backlog refinement, sprint planning, and roadmaps.
• Adopt AI-assisted engineering practices while maintaining secure, quality code.
