Job summary

WW Talents seeks a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years to join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered voice agents handling millions of calls for Fortune 500 clients. You will work across four product teams, shipping full-stack features for our LLM-based platform.

Collaborate with product and ML teams in a fast-moving startup where every engineer owns multiple initiatives. Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and hands-on LLM experience are required to build scalable, enterprise-ready

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python or TypeScript (one of them).
Hands-on experience with LLMs (multi-turn agents, prompt engineering, or LangChain).
Full-stack experience shipping solutions at scale in a startup or high-growth environment.
Experience shipping software that scales to millions of users.
Startup mentality: self-starter who works independently.

Responsibilities

Build and ship full-stack features for AI-powered voice and chat products.
Collaborate across product teams to deliver capabilities and forward-deployed work.
Integrate speech recognition, text-to-speech, and AI model improvements into production systems.
Optimize latency, cost, and user experience at enterprise scale.
Collaborate with product and ML teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
