Job summary

AutoRev AI is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build production AI systems that automate scheduling, follow-up, and dispatch decisions for home service businesses. This is a remote (US) full-time role in Engineering.

You'll ship features at a weekly pace, work directly with customers to translate workflows into shipped code, and integrate LLM/voice AI tools into production systems. Early product foundation means your decisions shape long-term architecture.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of backend engineering experience, ideally at an early‑stage startup.
• Experience shipping production AI features and integrating AI tooling.
• Ability to work in a fast, ambiguous environment and own end‑to‑end features.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production AI systems that automate scheduling, follow-up, and dispatch decisions.
• Ship features at a pace closer to weekly than quarterly.
• Work directly with customers to understand their workflows and turn that into shipped code.
• Integrate LLM and voice AI tooling into production systems.
• Architect backend infrastructure that holds up as usage grows.
• Own features end to end, from design through deployment.
