Job summary

AutoRev AI, a startup building an AI coworker for home service businesses, seeks a founding full-stack engineer. You will work on the customer dashboard, integrations with ServiceTitan/Jobber, and the marketing site, shaping the technical direction as one of the first engineers.

Expect a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. You’ll integrate frontend and backend systems, ensure performance, and collaborate directly with the founders to decide what ships next.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building user-facing products.
• Strong full-stack capabilities across frontend and backend.
• Ability to switch between frontend and backend with momentum.
• Systems thinking: reusable abstractions and clean APIs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and turning rough problems into shipped code.
• Experience using AI tools in development workflows.
• Ability to ship quickly without sacrificing quality and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and own features end to end from spec to production.
• Architect and maintain integrations with FSM/CRM APIs.
• Work across the customer dashboard and marketing site as priorities shift.
• Drive performance and reliability as a core feature.
• Set technical direction for the stack you own.
• Ship incrementally and iterate on feedback from real users.
• Collaborate with founders on roadmap and shipping plans.
