Realtor.com® is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the RDC Next team, building innovative solutions across the real-estate ecosystem. You will leverage AI tooling to accelerate development, verify AI outputs for security and performance, and contribute to a scalable architecture.

The role focuses on consumer and agent facing experiences, with emphasis on modern patterns, data-driven decisions, and rapid delivery for millions of users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture, design and development, with specialty in backend APIs or full stack apps.
• Experience with Python or Typescript, or similar OO languages (Go, Java, Rust).
• Cloud providers and IaC experience; relational DBs and document stores.

Responsibilities

• Define work and drive technical decisions for complex features
• Collaborate across teams to solve business problems and deliver scalable solutions
• Mentor and coach junior engineers; drive architecture and implementation decisions
• Use AI tooling to accelerate development while ensuring security and performance
