Qualifications
- 5+ years building distributed backend systems in production.
- Proficiency building system prompts and utilizing AI frameworks
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or comparable document stores
- Track record of leading technical work across a team - not just executing it
- Experience with cloud-native deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Responsibilities
- Design robust system prompts using LLM frameworks
- Partner with product teams and business stakeholders to understand and automate workflows
- Design and implement robust file-ingestion pipelines using Databricks
- Own a domain or service area end-to-end, including its data model and integration contracts
- Lead code reviews, set technical standards, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Hold the team accountable for test coverage, observability, and the production health of the services you own
