Qualifications
- 5+ years building distributed backend systems in production.
- Proficiency building system prompts and utilizing AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or comparable document stores.
- Track record of leading technical work across a team.
- Experience with cloud-native deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Responsibilities
- Design robust system prompts using LLM frameworks.
- Partner with product teams to automate workflows.
- Design and implement robust file-ingestion pipelines using Databricks.
- Own a domain or service area end-to-end, including its data model and integration contracts.
- Lead code reviews, set technical standards, and mentor engineers.
- Hold the team accountable for test coverage, observability, and the production health of the services you own
