Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot production services.
• Proficient Python production-grade coding.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, observability, and security.
• Experience building RESTful web services; JSON integration.
• Hands-on AI/ML solutions in production.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, and vector search concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications and services using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend components, integrating with internal platforms and data services.
• Deliver AI/ML-enabled features through the full development life cycle using Agile methodology.
• Translate business requirements into software and AI/ML specifications, define milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
• Write secure, high-quality production code (Java/Spring Boot and Python).
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot AI/ML solutions, applying creative problem solving to technical challenges.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, including service decomposition and API contracts.
• Analyze and visualize large, diverse data sets to drive continuous improvement.
