• Experience leading enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools with ability to validate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to business and technical teams.
• Design, build, and maintain Java code and services.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews.
• Drive adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams.
• Apply SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation at scale.
• Influence product design and operational decisions across systems.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert across focus areas.
• Ensure high performance and low latency for critical apps.
