Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven software development experience (Python production development required).
• Extensive experience building high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications.
• Proven track record architecting and building high-volume products at scale.
• Hands-on development experience with Python, Git, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own all stages of feature implementation from design to deployment and maintenance, with AI-assisted productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Management on technical design and problem-solving to deliver robust code.
• Quickly analyze complex problems, identifying knowns and unknowns to accelerate solutions.
• Define and mentor on engineering best practices and coding standards, including AI-assisted approaches.
• Provide thorough code reviews for engineers of all levels.
• Develop the skills of engineering talent through structured mentorship.
