As a founding member, you will help shape the architecture and engineering culture from the ground up while delivering features for live customers.

You will own end-to-end feature development, contribute code daily with AI-assisted productivity, and mentor teammates in the latest engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience (production Python required).
• Experience building high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications.
• Hands-on with open-source tools including Python, Git, FastAPI, Pydantic.

Responsibilities

• Own all stages of feature implementation from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Product and Development on technical design and problem-solving.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices, including AI-assisted approaches.
• Provide comprehensive code reviews for engineers of all experience levels.
• Drive strategic mentorship and grow engineering talent.
