Job summary

Mitratech, Inc. seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own features across a mature Rails monolith and Go microservices. You’ll work on candidate portals, partner flows, I-9 workflows, and admin tools, with an emphasis on correctness, security, and speed.

You’ll extend the ATS, integrate with partners, and orchestrate vendor searches and AI-assisted automation. This remote US role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong production experience with b2b SaaS applications.
• Solid Go skills, or equivalent backend experience with HTTP services, background workers, and concurrency.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and relational data modeling instinct.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Comfort with server-rendered frontends (ERB/HTML/CSS) and well-tested code.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features across the Rails monolith and Go microservices — candidate portals, partner flows, I-9 workflows, and internal admin and adjudication tools.
• Extend our ATS and partner integrations.
• Orchestrate asynchronous vendor searches and reporting pipelines.
• Use AI throughout your workflow, pair with AI coding assistants, automated AI code reviews on PRs, and agentic tools to move faster.
• Build AI-powered features like intelligent document parsing and structured extraction from vendor records.
• Own the full lifecycle of your work: design, test, review, ship, and monitor.
