Job summary

Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Senior Director of Platform Engineering to lead the strategy, delivery, and governance of our Platform Engineering function. You will shape cloud infrastructure, AI applications, and enterprise tooling across global teams.

In this role you will drive Azure and AWS architectures, oversee automation, and partner with Salesforce CRM and other platforms to deliver scalable, secure solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading software, cloud infra, and DevOps teams.
• Experience with AI/ML apps and enterprise platforms.
• Experience in regulated or professional services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for cloud platforms and AI tooling.
• Build and retain global engineering teams in FL/Bengaluru.
• Oversee budget, headcount, costs, vendor contracts.
