Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong foundation in CS including data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with modern programming languages and cloud-based distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions meeting business and technical requirements.
• Utilize AI tooling to accelerate development and enhance platform features.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and align with product vision.
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
• Deliver and document technical solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and automated tests.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across services and contexts.
• Collaborate with support teams to triage and resolve production issues.
• Engage in product discovery with customers to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach other engineers to help them grow.
