Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software across a modern AI-enabled stack. You’ll work with Dart, React, TypeScript, Go, Java, and Kotlin, across backend and frontend, delivering features that scale and adapt to evolving business needs.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, and QA, write tests, participate in code reviews, mentor teammates, and help drive best practices in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant software development experience.
• 4+ years in professional software development preferred.
• Strong CS foundation with data structures and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.
• Utilize AI tooling to accelerate development and enhance features.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in reviews.
