Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience is preferred.
• Strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Experience with modern programming languages like Dart, React, TypeScript, Go, Java, and/or Kotlin.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions meeting business and technical requirements.
• Utilize AI tooling to accelerate development and enhance platform features.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to refine project requirements and align with product vision.
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices and standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Deliver and document technical solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and automated tests (unit, integration, functional).
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple service contexts using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with support teams to triage and resolve production issues.
• Participate in product discovery activities with customers to gain insights and identify opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach engineers, providing guidance to help them grow.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
