Warrior Insurance Network is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services within our insurance-focused platform. You will lead technical decisions and mentor other developers, while embracing AI-assisted tools to boost delivery speed.

The role requires 5+ years of professional software development, expertise in C#, .NET, React, and modern development practices, and a strong understanding of secure coding and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Five or more years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience developing applications using C#, .NET, and React.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience in Agile software development environments.
• Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and services.
• Own the technical implementation of features within an assigned domain.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions and document significant design decisions.
• Break complex initiatives into manageable work for developers and AI-assisted tools.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
• Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness and security.
• Develop and execute appropriate testing strategies (unit, integration, regression).
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot defects and identify root causes.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and data access patterns.
• Address security vulnerabilities and secure coding throughout lifecycle.
• Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers on best practices and AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and other stakeholders.
