Warrior Insurance Network is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, test, and maintain software applications and services. You will act as a technical leader, mentoring teammates and shaping architecture while leveraging AI-assisted tools to boost delivery speed and quality.

You will contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensure secure coding practices, and thrive in an Agile environment, delivering production-ready software with high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, and React.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Solid understanding of OO principles and design patterns.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and services.
• Own the technical implementation of features within an application domain.
• Translate requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Participate in design discussions and document decisions.
