Job summary

Vouch, a tech-enabled insurance advisory and brokerage, is hiring a software engineer to design and build the platform exposing domain operations, including backend services, data platforms, and Salesforce integrations. You will create robust data-access primitives, APIs, and service contracts for both autonomous AI agents and human workflows, collaborating across design, product, and engineering teams.

You will work with Postgres, Snowflake, and S3 to enable AI-enabled workflows while ensuring

Qualifications

Strong software engineering fundamentals, including API design and data modeling.
Experience building reliable production services and service contracts.
Experience with LLM agent frameworks or tool-calling patterns.
Comfortable working across TS/Node, Salesforce, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and build platform exposing domain operations and data tools for autonomous AI agents and humans.
Implement robust data-access primitives, interfaces, and auth/permissions.
Design APIs, events, and service contracts for stable integration with operational systems.
Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to evolve broker/client interfaces.
Develop AI-enabled workflows and agent infrastructure ensuring auditability and production-readiness.
Work with Postgres, Snowflake, S3, and related data access patterns.
