Expect to own end-to-end workflows, contribute to a rapidly evolving codebase, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in risk assessment and automation.

Qualifications

• AI-native and inventive approach to building novel, reliable systems.
• Experience with frontier models and tooling for production use.
• Comfort working in a high-ambiguity startup environment with rapid learning.

Responsibilities

• Ship agentic workflows end to end, with review and production ownership.
• Extend a durable-execution backbone and ensure state is preserved across restarts.
• Make model behavior measurable via deterministic tests and eval suites.
• Treat prompts and tool definitions as engineered, versioned artifacts.
• Run event and data substrate with schema-governed events and databases.
• Work with AI on AI; build systems that make an AI coworker trustworthy.
• Review work with thorough, test-driven approaches.
