PGA TOUR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL to develop platforms across Golf Technologies, including competitions, statistics, and data delivery.

You’ll own multi-month projects, collaborate with internal and external partners, and ship complex features with a focus on reliability, security, and delivery speed. The role leverages AI tools daily to accelerate development and deliver smarter solutions, with mentoring responsibilities and direct collaboration with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of work experience in modern software development practices.
• 7+ years reviewing product and/or business requirements and providing technical feedback.
• 7+ years delivering quantifiable business results.
• Designs and ships complex features and services with strong system design skills within a team’s domain.
• Cloud development experience, preferably in AWS.
• Works with AI tools and technologies (e.g., AI-assisted development, LLMs, AI/ML-driven features).
• Gives high-quality code reviews and raises the team’s quality bar.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Owns multi-month projects with real ambiguity; impact is visible at the team and stakeholder level.
• Contributes to technical decisions in design reviews as a senior technical resource on projects.
• Leverages AI tools and technologies day-to-day to accelerate development and deliver higher-quality solutions.
• Coaches mid-level engineers and mentors senior associates.
• Represents the team in cross-functional discussions and builds team culture.
• Writes proposals and design docs that drive decisions; presents to engineering and product partners.
