Job summary

Rapsodo is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of Golf software, translating customer needs into measurable outcomes and driving adoption and revenue growth.

You will own the software product strategy, define roadmaps, validate problems with customers, and collaborate with Engineering and Commercial teams while balancing technical and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA advantageous but not required.
• Minimum five years of Product Management experience in B2B or B2B2C software.
• Experience translating customer insights into product requirements for Engineering.
• Strong ability to drive execution from concept to launch.
• Experience with PRDs and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Rapsodo Golf software, aligning priorities with customer needs and revenue targets.
• Bridge between customers, Commercial teams and Engineering to translate market insight into direction.
• Conduct structured customer discovery and market research to define well-prioritized requirements.
• Build interactive prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted tools to validate ideas.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, engagement and retention.
• Write clear PRDs and work with Engineering to scope and deliver releases.
• Prioritize backlog across international Engineering teams balancing value and constraints.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to inform strategy and investments.
