PGA TOUR, Inc seeks an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to implement AI-enabled workflows across departments, partnering with product teams, engineering, data science, and security. You will document workflows, translate needs into technical requirements, and support secure, reliable deployments.

The role emphasizes practical implementation, with responsibilities spanning discovery, configuration, and delivery while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Experience configuring, building, implementing, or integrating enterprise software platforms and data pipelines.
• Strong full-stack or backend skills and experience with modern software implementation practices.

Responsibilities

• Document existing workflows and translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and success metrics.
• Configure and implement approved AI tools, integrations, and internal systems for department workflows.
• Support rollout, adoption, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of implemented workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, cybersecurity, privacy, and operations to meet PGA Tour standards.
