Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of work experience in modern software development practices.
• 7+ years reviewing product and/or business requirements and providing technical feedback.
• 7+ years delivering quantifiable business results.
• Designs and ships complex features and services with strong system design skills within a team’s domain.
• Cloud development experience, preferably in AWS.
• Works with AI tools and technologies (e.g., AI-assisted development, LLMs, AI/ML-driven features).
• Gives high-quality code reviews and raises the team’s quality bar.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.

The Senior Software Engineer is a senior technical team member with a strong delivery focus. This role translates fuzzy product or operational needs into clear technical plans, contributes deeply on delivered technical solutions, and weighs reliability, cost, security, and delivery speed. The role works with AI tools and technologies on a day-to-day basis to accelerate delivery and build smarter solutions — from AI-assisted development to incorporating AI/ML capabilities into our platforms. The Senior Software Engineer contributes to technical decisions in design reviews, ensures work items are developed against current standards and best practices, and ensures our applications are future-proofed for further features.
