First Electronic Bank is seeking a senior software engineer to lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives across internal applications, secure APIs, and fintech integrations. You will own design, development, release readiness, and operational outcomes while aligning with bank standards and cloud controls.

You will build front-end and back-end components, connect systems via APIs, prototype AI-enabled workflows, and develop reusable patterns for the broader team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS, SE, IT or related field.
• 5+ years delivering production applications across interfaces, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with cloud-hosted apps and CI/CD in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Own complex application workstreams end to end and design secure APIs and data exchanges.
• Maintain production readiness, runbooks, and observability with infrastructure partners.
• Prototype and implement agent workflows and multi-step orchestration.
• Use coding agents to delegate work while retaining human ownership of quality and release decisions.
• Apply tests, security reviews, and monitoring for compliant, auditable software.
• Prototype internal apps with business users and productionize valuable solutions.
• Mentor team members and convert successful approaches into reusable patterns.
