Job summary

Parsec Education Inc is seeking a Software Engineer III to drive project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for our core platform in Fresno, CA. You will architect and implement complex systems, leading adoption of agentic AI tooling and ensuring secure, scalable results.

You will mentor engineers, oversee data integrations, and shape the platform's architecture while advancing AI-assisted development with Go, Python, and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, and TypeScript; strong API design skills.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration and AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects from inception to execution, architecting data workflows and integrations.
• Shape platform architecture and roadmap, including agentic system design patterns.
• Design and implement agentic pipelines with code, ETL, tests, and docs for downstream validation.
• Mentor junior engineers and set high standards for quality and security in AI tooling.
