Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with automated testing and test frameworks.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum) teams.
• Ability to create a new automation framework when needed.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar test/defect tools.
• Experience with enterprise AI-assisted development tools.
• Understanding of secure coding and data handling.
• Knowledge of SDLC and CI/CD processes.
• Awareness of application resiliency and security practices.

• Develop and troubleshoot software solutions with non-routine problem solving.
• Produce secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms.
• Use AI coding assist tools to improve code quality and speed, with peer review.
