Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on system design, development, testing, and operational stability.

• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure handling of inputs/outputs.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting to build solutions or break down problems.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run with appropriate systems.
• Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, with peer review and secure coding standards.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools, including AI-assisted development and automation, to improve value realization.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met by code development.
• Gathers and analyzes data to develop visualizations and reporting for continuous improvement of software applications.
• Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
