For our client, we are seeking a Lead, AI Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will shape how the organization builds AI fluency across functions through thoughtful training, curriculum design, and adoption support. You will partner closely with department leaders to tailor enablement plans that meet specific business needs and skill levels. The position also plays a key role in scaling the program by developing a peer-led network of AI champions and ensuring consistent execution across the enterprise.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $131,000 - $209,000 annually
