Job summary

PDI Technologies is hiring for a software engineer to diagnose, troubleshoot, and enhance our enterprise products. You’ll work within an agile team and help optimize performance while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.

The role requires 5–9 years of software design and development experience, strong C#/.NET and SQL skills, and experience leading others. Hybrid work arrangements and cross-functional collaboration with product teams are available.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years designing and developing software in a product environment.
• Strong C#/.NET expertise and SQL performance tuning.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Visual Studio IDE.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
• 1+ year as a technical team lead and 2+ years agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop software solutions for PDI products.
• Troubleshoot issues and document solutions thoroughly.
• Perform engineering tests, diagnose production defects.
• Leverage AI tools to build agents, skills, and automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist with level estimates.
• Collaborate with Product Management on feasibility and scope.
• Provide status, risk, and escalation updates to management.
• Work in an Agile environment to clarify and estimate features.
