Job summary

Sift, a data infra platform for hardware teams, seeks an experienced frontend engineer to own agentic UI features and collaborate with product. You’ll talk to customers, shape the product, and ship from MVP onward.

Expect work on dashboards, caching layers, and streaming interactions with a focus on fast, polished interfaces. This role emphasizes frontend excellence, deep collaboration across disciplines, and shipping AI-powered review tools for telemetry-heavy environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Own a product area: talk to customers, decide what to build, ship it.
• Built complex web apps with React/NextJS/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Talk directly to customers and partner with product to turn real review workflows into agent capabilities.
• Build frontend surfaces where Sift Agents live and make them feel great.
• Design interaction patterns for agentic UX: streaming responses, long tasks, interruptions.
• Render agent findings alongside telemetry and keep it fast on large data.
• Contribute to the component library for consistent UI patterns.
• Collaborate with backend and full-stack teams on API design powering sessions.
