Job summary

Sift is seeking a product engineer to own a key area of the Sift Agents frontend. You will turn customer review workflows into agent capabilities, build dashboards, analysis scripts, and a responsive UI that surfaces agent findings alongside telemetry in real time.

You will collaborate with backend and full-stack engineers, work with Web Workers and caching strategies, and ensure performance on large datasets. Relocation to LA or SF may be considered; hybrid in-person work is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Own a product area: talk to customers, decide what to build, ship it.
• Built complex, high-performance web apps using React/NextJS/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Talk directly to customers and partner with product to turn review workflows into agent capabilities.
• Build frontend surfaces where Sift Agents live and make them feel great.
• Design interaction patterns of agentic UX: streaming responses, long-running tasks, interruptions.
