Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on Java development in modern environments.
- Experience with LLMs, agent harness, and runtime systems.
- Strong knowledge of distributed, cloud-native architectures.
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale the Agentic Deal Desk product in Java microservices.
- Build tool dispatch, sandboxing, and secure tool execution runtimes.
- Design memory management, context handling, and RAG pipelines.
- Implement guardrails, evaluations, and compliance checks.
- Lead engineering standards and mentor senior engineers.
