Lanco is seeking a Software/Electrical Engineering Manager in the United States to lead the PASD and software teams across our material handling divisions. You will direct electrical system design, power & signal distribution, PLC/HMI software, and machine controls for heavy equipment, ensuring performance, reliability, and safety.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering with 5+ years in leadership, a related bachelor's (master's preferred), and strong collaboration across global teams and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years engineering experience focused on electrical systems and controls.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic design for heavy machinery.
• ECAD tools, PLC programming, and HMI development preferred.

Mansioni

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver electrical solutions.
• Define scope and coordinate engineering work across product lines.
• Provide technical leadership for electrical systems and machine controls.
• Review electrical schematics, wire harness drawings, and cables.
