Qualifications

• Strong background in motion control and real-time embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Mentor software engineers focused on programmable hardware and displays for automated projects.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements to commissioning.
• Collaborate with vehicle systems engineers and electrical engineers to define requirements and integrate systems.
• Own and enforce SDLC infrastructure, branching, release governance, and code reviews.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and monitor risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain high code quality, reliability, and maintainability; stay current with industry trends.
• Build networks with international teams and external partners to optimize development.
