Job summary

Lanco’s Material Handling Division seeks a Lead Project Engineer to oversee complex crane and equipment programs from concept to production. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, service, and commercial functions to deliver on time and within budget.

The role demands strong technical leadership, project management expertise, and excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels. Relocation assistance is available; visa sponsorship is not.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering discipline.
7+ years of engineering, product development, or technical project leadership experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering projects from concept through production release.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, service, and commercial teams.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
Present project status and executive-level reporting.
Mentor engineers and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
