Ladders is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join a leader in Healthcare analytics. You will develop financial planning and reporting solutions, build Power BI dashboards, and partner with Finance to translate requirements into scalable analytics.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on developing and supporting financial planning and reporting solutions that help enable accurate forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making across the organization.

The position partners closely with Finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics and reporting capabilities.

You will also help streamline reporting workflows, improve data quality, and support critical planning cycles throughout the year.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $101,970 – $203,940 annually

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise financial planning and reporting solutions
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with Finance and business teams to gather requirements
• Perform data integration, validation, and financial analysis
• Optimize reporting processes and automate manual reporting activities
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual planning cycles
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Business Tools
• Strong experience with Hyperion Planning, HFM, Essbase, Financial Reporting, and Smart View
• 3+ years developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets
• Proficiency in Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and report optimization
• Experience integrating financial data from ERP systems like SAP or Oracle Cloud ERP
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases
