The Senior Financial Analyst at Ladders will own core forecasting and budgeting, partnering with Accounting and HR to keep plans current and actionable. You will focus on variance analysis, headcount tracking, and cloud spend monitoring, delivering clear reporting to leadership.

You'll help streamline finance workflows through AI and automation and support data and reporting needs for the team, all from a remote US-based location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role with full budget cycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Experience with enterprise planning tools like Pigment and accounting systems such as NetSuite.
• Familiarity with cloud cost concepts and the ability to interpret technical reports.
• Interest in AI and automation to enhance finance processes.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will own core forecasting and budgeting support for a key business area, partnering closely with Accounting, HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to keep financial plans current and actionable.

The position will focus on variance analysis, headcount tracking, vendor and cloud spend monitoring, and delivering clear reporting that supports leadership decision‑making. The ideal candidate will also help streamline finance workflows through AI and automation while supporting the team with data and reporting needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $102,000 – $136,000 annually
