Sales Center Engineering is the dedicated team supporting Redfin's high‑performing operations staff. We focus on enabling the support team to efficiently convert customer inquiries into sales through reliable communication and inquiry handling platforms. Our team builds and maintains a custom system for task prioritization and manages the Redfin Twilio calling infrastructure. By joining our team, you’ll have a technical leadership position that impacts hundreds of support staff and hundreds of thousands of customers.

About the Role

You will develop responsive, resilient, scalable, and high‑quality software using React, Java, Postgres, and various other tools and libraries. You will balance the trade‑offs between complex infrastructure investments and quick, pragmatic solutions to meet specific business needs. On‑Call Expectations

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation for this position is $166,900.00–$203,900.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment‑related benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401K retirement plan, and paid‑time off.
