Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation seeks a Sr. Engineer – Software and Controls Test to design and execute test plans for high‑quality vehicle control subsystem software.

You will contribute to HIL infrastructure using dSPACE, NI, Vector, and ETAS, and integrate ECUs into test benches. Under supervision, you will collaborate across projects, perform peer reviews, and help build repeatable, scalable testing that supports CI workflows while ensuring safety and reliability of electronic systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Experience with automotive embedded control systems testing
• Experience with vehicle, mobile equipment, or powertrain systems testing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for vehicle control software.
• Design and maintain HIL infrastructure and test benches.
• Peer review software and support CI workflows.
