Qualifications

Accredited bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
Three or more years in software systems engineering or embedded software.
Experience developing software requirements and architecture.
Experience with multidisciplinary engineering teams and lifecycle processes.
Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.

Responsibilities

Define and develop software requirements and architecture.
Analyze customer and regulatory needs and decompose to software-level requirements and interfaces.
Develop and maintain software architecture models and interfaces.
Perform architectural trade studies considering safety, cybersecurity, and lifecycle costs.
Collaborate with systems, controls, safety, and supplier teams throughout development.
Review supplier requirements, designs, and verification evidence.
