Qualifications

• Senior technical leadership experience in multi-language stacks.
• Strong grounding in modern architecture patterns and design principles.
• Experience with regulatory-compliant software (SaMD) architectures.

Responsibilities

• Assess current system architecture, data flows, and technical debt.
• Define target-state architecture aligned with DDD and clean architecture.
• Design a scalable, denormalized storage for read-heavy queries.
• Plan phased refactoring while preserving backward compatibility.
• Set engineering standards, coding guidelines, and decision frameworks.
• Provide hands-on leadership to a mixed-technology team (PHP, C++, JS).
• Improve CI/CD, testing, and release processes; mentor staff.
