Job summary

i-Link Solutions is seeking a Software Analyst - Expert for a 30-month engagement with the State of NY. Lead JAD sessions, interview stakeholders, and document requirements for existing and new applications.

You will work across bureaus to understand mission-critical processes and translate them into validated functional/non-functional specs. Required: extensive experience in analysis, requirements management, and Salesforce OmniStudio exposure; healthcare domain knowledge is a plus; required

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience performing analysis eliciting stakeholder needs and documenting requirements.
• Experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts for requirements communication.
• Facilitation of requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs.
• Experience creating test plans/cases and supporting UAT.
• Experience Requirements Management lifecycle including baselines and change control.
• Healthcare applications knowledge including patient records and billing.
• Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions experience.
• Possession of Salesforce BA/Admin/Developer certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Description

Leading JAD sessions for As-Is/To-Be business processes/use cases. Interviewing stakeholders to document requirements for existing and new applications. Working across all bureaus and units to understand mission‑critical business processes.

Mandatory Qualifications

1 84 Months experience performing analysis by eliciting then analyzing the stakeholder's business needs using a variety of analysis techniques including but not limited to JAD sessions, requirement elicitation sessions, conducting interviews, creating user stories, documenting As Is and To Be documents and diagrams, and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development. 2 84 Months experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications. 3 84 Months experience facilitating requirement workshops, JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs, practicing effective communication to ensure requirements are understood, conveyed, and met. 4 72 Months experience creating test plans/cases, managing defects with development teams, and working with users on User Acceptance Testing. 5 72 Months experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, establishing requirements baselines and managing requirements change control. 6 36 Months experience working on various applications within healthcare including but not limited to patient records, billing and finance, human resources. 7 24 Months Experience with SalesForce – OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions. 8 Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator / Developer certifications. 9 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
