Job summary

i-Link Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst – Expert for the State of NY project. You will lead JAD sessions, document As-Is/To-Be processes, and interview stakeholders across bureaus to capture requirements for new and existing applications.

The role requires strong experience in elicitation, requirements management, process modeling, and coordinating UAT with end users, including public sector solutions and Salesforce OmniStudio expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting and analyzing stakeholder needs and translating into functional/non-functional requirements.
• Experience creating and maintaining artifacts: use cases, wireframes, test specs and traceability.
• Experience creating test plans and coordinating UAT with users.
• Knowledge of requirements lifecycle management and change control.
• Experience collaborating with architects and development teams.

Description

Leading JAD sessions for As-Is/To-Be business processes/use cases. Interviewing stakeholders to document requirements for existing and new applications. Working across all bureaus and units to understand mission-critical business processes.

Mandatory Qualifications

1 84 Months Experience eliciting then analyzing the stakeholder's business needs using a variety of business analysis techniques like map processes and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.

2 84 Months Experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, non-functional requirements specifications.

3 60 Months Experience creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing.

4 60 Months Experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, baselines and requirements change control.

5 60 Months Experience working with application architects and development teams to answer questions and resolve conflicting requirements.

6 24 Months Experience with SalesForce – OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions.

7 Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator and or Developer.

8 12 months Jira application and or SCRUM experience.

9 CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
